On December 7, 2023, Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 3148 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, dated December 5, 2023.

Through this resolution, INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. is authorized to enter into an internal loan contract with Davivienda S.A. for an amount of up to FIVE HUNDRED BILLION PESOS ($500,000,000,000) in Colombian legal currency.
