Inquiries, Reports, or Complaints regarding Ethical Matters can be submitted anonymously if requested by the whistleblower through the reception channels. ISA and its Companies have ensured that providing the whistleblower’s identity is optional. However, ISA and its Companies encourage the disclosure of identity by those who report or file complaints about these situations to facilitate obtaining information that enhances the effective management of the Ethical Matter.
ISA and its Companies will protect the identity of any individual who, in good faith, reports a potential violation or raises concerns related to Ethical Matters. They will also ensure that no form of retaliation is taken against those who submit such complaints.
Individuals who believe they have been subjected to retaliation may report or file a complaint through the consultation and complaint channels. When doing so, they must provide all available information and documentation through any of the aforementioned channels. Once the situation has been reviewed, if retaliation against anyone who has inquired about or reported an Ethical Matter is confirmed, ISA and its Companies will take the necessary and appropriate measures to address the resulting consequences.
