Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. received Resolution No. 2828 from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, dated November 8, 2023, which authorizes INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. to enter into an internal loan contract with Bancolombia S.A. for an amount of up to FIVE HUNDRED BILLION PESOS ($500,000,000,000) in Colombian legal currency.
