On March 27, 2024, Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term and short-term national ratings of Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. (ISA) at ‘AAA(Col)’ with a Stable Outlook and ‘F1+(Col)’, respectively.

Additionally, Fitch affirmed the ratings of the Bond and Commercial Paper Programs at ‘AAA(Col)’ and ‘F1+(Col)’. At the same time, Fitch affirmed the international issuer default ratings (IDR) with a long-term rating of ‘BBB’ and a Stable Outlook for both foreign and local currency. See attached.
