TRANSELCA will strengthen its capabilities in Energy Solutions businesses, taking on a more
prominent role in the energy transition from the Caribbean Coast, a nerve center for the
future of energy in Colombia.
Therefore, and as a natural evolution process to focus the business on the
major challenges of the ISA2040 strategy, Transelca’s Board of Directors approved the
administration’s request to the CREG for authorization for INTERCOLOMBIA to represent
the assets owned by Transelca and assume the construction, administration, operation, and
maintenance of these assets.
