On Tuesday April 28, ISA’s shareholders will receive the first payment of dividends in one installment of COP 67 per share (COP 52 ordinary dividend, COP 15 extraordinary dividend), in accordance with decision made by the Regular Shareholders’ Meeting held on past March 27, 2015.
