Today, ISA won UPME’s public call process 02-2014 Reforma 230 kV, consisting in the construction, operation and maintenance of the connection of Reforma substation to circuit Guavio – Tunal 230 kV.
ISA was awarded under the public call process opened by the Mining and Energy Planning Unit (Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME), for the design, procurement of supplies, construction, operation and maintenance of the connection of Reforma substation to circuit Guavio –Tunal 230 kV., with approximate length of 1 km.
The project is located in the department of Meta and should be put into operation by November 30, 2015. It will generate annual revenues for around USD MM 0.5 to the Company.
The Public Call, referred to as UPME 02-2014, will provide the National
Interconnected System (SIN) with greater reliability.
This new work adds to other key projects carried out by ISA in Colombia and ratifies its commitment with the country’s development.
