On Wednesday, December 11, ISA’s shareholders received COP 276 per share corresponding to 50% of the ordinary dividend decreed.

In accordance with provisions of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 29, 2019, on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, ISA shareholders received the second and final dividends payment for 2019. The disbursement was made in an installment of COP 276 per share, for a total of COP 305.719 million.

The first dividends payment was made last July 24, 2019. This payment gives compliance with the Meeting’s provisions regarding distribution of COP 611.438 million, thus delivering this year a total ordinary dividend of COP 552 per share.

Dividends were payable to persons appearing as holders of the shares at the closing date of December 4, 2019. The ex-dividend period started as from this date and comprised the period between December 5 and 11, 2019.

The money corresponding to the unclaimed dividends does not generate any yield or interest. Therefore, it is important not to let it accumulate and obtain it on the payment established dates.
