ISA obtained outstanding results in the Transparencia por Colombia (Transparency for Colombia) report
For second year in a row, the Company keeps its 94-point rating, exceeding in 9 points the sector’s average
The high rating achieved by ISA in the report that measures the transparency policies and mechanisms of utility companies mainly derives from its efforts of promoting effective interaction with its stakeholders.
According to the observations made by the body, ISA stands out for having two-way interaction channels with its suppliers, through which it provides accurate and timely information about contracting processes, procurement plans, replies to inquiries, among others.
The report also highlights the periodic monitoring to the quality of personalized assistance provided to clients, through its 2013 Improvement Plan. It also refers to the Company’s support to productive, associative and community initiatives in its areas of influence.
Finally, the report underscores the transparency and ethics applied by ISA when implementing its processes that results in the strengthening of relations of trust with its stakeholders.
