The placement agents were BTG Pactual S.A., Credicorp Capital Colombia S.A. and Valores Bancolombia S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bonds placed have the following characteristics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"837\" height=\"127\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/bonds-characteristic-isa.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73700\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/bonds-characteristic-isa.png 837w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/bonds-characteristic-isa-300x46.png 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/bonds-characteristic-isa-768x117.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This program has an &#8220;AAA&#8221; rating, with a stable outlook, granted by<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitch Ratings Colombia, reflecting the company&#8217;s low business risk profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>The resources raised in this transaction will be invested in ISA&#8217;s growth, particularly in Colombia, which boosts the country&#8217;s development and progress and leverages the energy transition. In the last 5 years ISA has issued close to COP 1.2 trillion in local bonds, which reaffirms its leadership in the Colombian capital market<\/em>\u201d, Gabriel Melguizo Posada, ISA&#8217;s interim CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;This issuance reaffirms the growing investor confidence. It is worth noting that the capital market is fundamental for financing productive projects that generate development in Colombia, as is the case of the energy sector.
