{"id":44889,"date":"2021-12-01T10:29:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T15:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isa-as-prod-sitioweb002.azurewebsites.net\/?post_type=press&#038;p=44889"},"modified":"2021-12-09T10:46:59","modified_gmt":"2021-12-09T15:46:59","slug":"isa-shareholders-received-2021-second-dividend-payment","status":"publish","type":"press","link":"https:\/\/isa-as-prod-sitioweb002.azurewebsites.net\/en\/press\/isa-shareholders-received-2021-second-dividend-payment\/","title":{"rendered":"ISA SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVED 2021 SECOND DIVIDEND PAYMENT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On December 14, ISA&#8217;s shareholders will receive the second dividend payment of the year (COP 651,5) per share.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The dividend for the year approved by the Shareholder\u2019s Meeting increased 93% compared with the 2020 dividend, the highest in the company&#8217;s history.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting held on March 26, 2021, ISA must make the second dividend disbursement of COP 721.652 million as a result of the 1.107.677.894 ordinary shares outstanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dividend approved by the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting was the largest increase in ISA&#8217;s history -93% over the previous year-, corresponding to 70% of net income for 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Those who hold their shares before December 7, 2021, the date on which the ex-dividend period begins and which runs until December 13, 2021, will be entitled to payment of the dividend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The money corresponding to the unclaimed dividends does not generate any yield or interest.
