Jaime Caballero Uribe, Corporate Vice President of Finance of Grupo Ecopetrol, who has more than 20 years of experience in recognized conglomerates of the international energy sector. Andr\u00e9s Felipe Mej\u00eda Cardona, an economist who was a member of the Board of Directors of ISA from 2001 to 2011, and of INTERNEXA, an affiliate of ISA, between 2007 and 2011. Jes\u00fas Aristiz\u00e1bal Guevara, a civil engineer with extensive experience in energy and gas, who was also a member of the Board of Directors of ISA for more than 20 years until 2019. Last, Ana Fernanda Maiguashca Olano, who has held positions of high responsibility in the public sector, remains on the Board as an independent member nominated by Ecopetrol (formerly nominated by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit).
