In the economic dimension, the company stood out thanks to its code of corporate conduct and risk management. In the environmental dimension, its climate strategy and eco-efficiency management were recognized.\u00a0 Finally, in the social dimension, commitment to stakeholders and attraction and retention of human talent were the highlights.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recognition means that ISA is making progress in its goal to be a transformation leader.\u00a0 In the four years being included in the Yearbook, this is the first medal for ISA, which demonstrates permanent commitment to progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is evident to us that our commitment to generate Sustainable Value for stakeholders turns into reality when we join the efforts that are transforming the industry as we know it, generating not only profitability, but also wellbeing and solutions to topics of the global agenda.\u00a0 This award makes us really proud as it ratifies that we are the change we want to see in the world,\u201d Bernardo Vargas Gibsone, ISA\u2019s CEO, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, Manjit Jus, global director of ESG Research, S&amp;P Global, stated: &#8220;We congratulate ISA for its BRONZE medal in the Sustainability Yearbook 2021, where peer companies with the best performance in the industry and financially significant ESG metrics are highlighted.\u00a0 With more than 7.000 companies evaluated, being included in the Yearbook is a true statement of corporate sustainability excellence.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAM report voluntarily rates companies in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, where ISA, in 2020, got the highest score in the Innovation, Social Reporting, Environmental Reporting, and Climate Strategy categories, reaching the top 10 energy companies in the Index worldwide.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-isa-s-sustainability-approach\"><strong><strong>ISA&#8217;s Sustainability Approach<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the ISA Group, sustainability is a way of acting while knowing the environmental challenges our planet is facing, being aware of the different social realities, setting the goal of creating value for our stakeholders, respecting humans, and in an ethic, fair environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, sustainability is the transverse axis of its strategy.
