With this payment, ISA fulfills 100% of the total ordinary dividend declared by the Ordinary General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting held on March 26, 2025, amounting to COP 1,265 per share.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe payment of all declared dividends to our shareholders is a clear demonstration of our financial discipline, operational strength, and the solid results achieved by the company in 2024.
