ISA is a company directly controlled by Ecopetrol S.A. To learn more about the corporate structure of the Ecopetrol Group, click here.

As part of the Ecopetrol corporate group, ISA is responsible for the organization, oversight, and strategic coordination of the companies in which it holds a direct or indirect majority interest, as well as those where ISA has the capacity to influence management decisions (“ISA and its Companies”). In this role, ISA disseminates or implements, as appropriate, the general policies, strategies, guidelines, and directives of the parent company, taking into account the specific characteristics and unique contexts of the countries and/or business sectors in which these companies operate.
