In favor of Megatelecom Telecomunicações S.A., in accordance with the share purchase agreement dated December 3, 2023, the signing of which was reported through this mechanism on December 4. This was made possible once the relevant authorizations were obtained and the conditions precedent outlined in the agreement were met.
