Through this resolution, INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. is authorized to enter into an internal loan contract with Davivienda S.A. for an amount of up to FIVE HUNDRED BILLION PESOS ($500,000,000,000) in Colombian legal currency.
