ISA Group and Construcciones El Condor create Interconexiones Viales to part of the road infrastructure sector in Colombia and Peru
ISA will control Interconexiones Viales through its affiliate Intervial Chile S.A. by holding a 65% stake. Construcciones El Condor will hold 35% stake.
